REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

REFUND POLICY As NIORA MARKETING LTD provides digital services and creative work, our refund policy is as follows: Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered services. Ongoing Projects: If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed to date. Disputes: Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@helloniora.com within 14 days of project delivery. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. 2. SHIPPING POLICY NIORA MARKETING LTD is a service-based business. We do not sell or ship physical products. All deliverables (photographs, digital assets, reports, and marketing materials) are provided electronically via secure download links, cloud storage, or email. Digital Delivery: All files are delivered in the agreed digital format within the timeframe specified in your project agreement. File Access: Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. We recommend downloading all deliverables promptly. File Retention: We retain project files for a period of 6 months after delivery. After this period, files may be deleted from our servers.
