ABOUT US NIORA MARKETING LTD is a UK-registered company (Company Number: 17260324) providing professional photography and digital marketing services. 2. SERVICES We offer the following services: Professional brand photography and product photography Digital marketing strategy and consulting Social media content creation and management Paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) SEO and content marketing Brand visual identity development 3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS All projects require a signed agreement or written confirmation before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms are outlined in your individual project quote or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer and card payments processed through secure payment providers. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All photographs and creative content produced by NIORA MARKETING LTD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered content for the agreed purposes. We retain the right to use selected work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. 6. LIABILITY We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
